Larissa Berry is a WBFF Pro Fitness Diva European Champion who has competed as an athlete in both London and Los Angeles. Larissa achieved this whilst carrying out a professional full time job for one of the UKs top football Clubs and is therefore passionate about helping people adapt fitness and nutrition around their varied lifestyles. Fitness turned Larissa’s life around, giving her confidence from the inside out, something she now shares with people so that they can do the same.

Genna Bell is an online health, fitness and wellness coach, working with clients globally online and 121 in a gym and studio setup. Empowering clients to become a healthier version of themselves, through a number of training styles, nutritional advice and mindset coaching. Best known for her body transformation programs, including her personal journey as a competitive bikini athlete in both the UK and USA.

Together they will take you through a fun, energising, 3-day virtual retreat where you and others from around the world come together:

Our Virtual Retreats Itinerary:

Day One 7PM (Up to 2 hours)

Drinks, ice-breaker:

Meet your trainers, talk to them about your needs and aims, meet all the other guests from around the world.

Introductory class & Q&A: Full body warm up: A 20 minute session to wake you up and get you ready for the weekend. This will focus on warming up all areas of the body in a fun lively way.

Upper Body Sculpt:

This equipment free home workout will focus on the upper body working on both strengthening and toning your arms and shoulders In just 30 Minutes.

Day Two From 9AM

One and a half hour training session in the morning: Full Body Blast:

WIth all this time at home at the moment we need to get your heart rate pumping. Join us for our 30 minute full body strength and conditioning session which can be slotted easily into your day. Equipment: Bodyweight or weighted item

Cook your healthy retreats brunch live with our private chef in the afternoon

One and a half hour training session in the evening: Abs and core:

Work on getting that body “back garden” ready with our toning and strengthening session focusing on abdominals and core. In just 30 minutes you will be feeling the burn, but will feel stronger with improved stability and posture. Equipment: Bodyweight

Day Three From 9AM

One and a half hour training session in the morning. Full Body Tone:

Start your Sunday right with our 30 minute full body workout. This low intensity training will work to improve your body tone and aesthetic. Equipment: Bodyweight

In the afternoon, cook your healthy retreats brunch live with our private chef in the afternoon

One and a half hour training session in the evening. Legs and Glutes:

30 Minute strength and conditioning session to pump those legs and glutes! Too much time is being spent sat on these areas at the moment so it's time to get them active. Equipment: Bodyweight or weighted item

One and a half hour retreat closing party:

Drinks and chats with the trainers and other guests
