We designed this retreat to ensure that we can stimulate you with different themes and activities playing on all of your five senses and primarily to ensure that your fun weekend at home is mixed with new experiences, new pleasures and possibly a new found love of something you discover during your time with us.

This is our most transformational online retreat yet. Across three days we have packaged an exciting range of entertainment and wellness training experiences packed into one affordable weekend for you to enjoy.

5:30pm BST (6.30pm SA)- Welcome, Meet & Greet with your hosts. Gin mixology class. Ice Breaker - getting to know everyone, building a rapport and learning some mixology skills. Simone Musgrave, founder and creator of Musgrave Gin gives us a virtual masterclass on all sorts of gin. How to pour it, mix it and what are the best pairings.

Saturday 18th July from 7.30am BST (8.30am SA)

7:30am BST (8.30am SA) - VOGA created by Juliet Murrell (@jujumurrell). Inspired by Madonna’s classic hit 'Vogue', VOGA is about striking strong, confident, aligned poses to increase flexibility, energy flow, and boost confidence and serotonin. VOGA also answers the cardiovascular demand that ensures a healthy heart and expressive soul.

10:00am BST (11:00am SA) - Cook your healthy retreats brunch live with our international chef Jonathan (@jonathan_fais) in the afternoon (list of ingredients will be provided in advance) - Create an amazing brunch with greek inspired dishes. Our chef will teach you step by step, enabling you to prepare your brunch with him.

1:00pm BST (2:00pm SA) - Choose your workshop (Spa hour, integrative medicine, making beer at home, makeup tutorial, crystal workshop).

3:45pm BST (4.45pm SA) - London-based teacher Roo Hamer (@roohamer) teaches some surfing-inspired Vinyasa Yoga.

6:00pm BST (7.00pm SA) - Dinner and Show. Bring your Greek-inspired dinner to the table and enjoy comedy from talented British comedian Thomasin Lockwood (@thomasin_london).

Sunday 19th July From 8.00am BST (9.00am SA)

8:00am BST (9.00am SA) - London-based teacher Roo Hamer (@roohamer) teaches some surfing-inspired Vinyasa Yoga.

10:00am BST (11:00am SA) - Cook your healthy retreats brunch live with our international chef Jonathan (@jonathan_fais) in the afternoon (list of ingredients will be provided in advance) - Create an amazing brunch with greek inspired dishes. Our chef will teach you step by step, enabling you to prepare your brunch with him.

3:00pm BST (4.00pm SA) - Guided Sound Bath Meditation and Journey with South African based Tubatsi Moloi (@tm_moloi) to end off our weekend and honour ourselves. Celebrating Madiba Day and renewal.

5:00pm BST (6.00pm SA) - Closing/Coffee/Chocolate/Reflections

JULIET MURRELL (@jujumurrell) is the founder of VOGA. She is on a journey of discovery of deeper yoga incorporating breath, movement and music, making your fitness experience a social and memorable experiences.

ROO HAMMER (@roohamer) is a Personal Trainer (Specialising in Bodyweight, Form & Alignment & Core-control), Calisthenics Expert, broga teacher, Handstand Guru and a lover for all extreme sports.

CHEF JONATHAN (@jonathan_fais) is originally from Pisa, Italy. He has been in the UK for almost 8 years. His passion for cooking began as a small boy and he has worked at may restaurants and as a private chef for high profile clients in London.

THOMASIN LOCKWOOD (@thomasin_london) is an actress, comedian and writer. Jumping straight in to the standup scene, Thomasin was a finalist at the Comedy Virgins competition in 2019. She has performed at notable London venues such as The Backyard, Up the Creek and Camden Head.

TUBATSI MOLOI (@tm_moloi) is a South African born & raised singer- songwriter who has always being influenced by the sounds of blues, jazz, rock & African folk music. He creates legendary sound baths and memorable experiences.
